For our country program in Cameroon, we are looking for three dynamic and committed drivers who will support the activities of the Finance & Administration department.
Logistics Officer
Location: Yaoundé
Duration: One (1) year Main functions: Contribute to efficient management of logistics and purchases, and facilitate staff transport.
Major duties:
a) Driving Drive the vehicles safely, ensure that all documents are available and in good condition in the vehicle, and ensure in particular: • Maintaining the cleanliness of the vehicles, both inside and out. ‘outside ; • Compliance with internal regulations regarding the management of vehicles; • Accompanying staff on mission and during official functions.
b) Logistics/ Admin
• Collect goods/goods from suppliers;
• Provide support to the Logistics Officer in the purchase of goods and services;
• Collect the various pro-formas and invoices, according to the needs of the office;
• Perform administrative support activities: collecting money from the bank, filing documents in various offices, etc. ;
• Ensure that service or material requests are properly approved prior to processing;
• Enter the orders in the system (GFS), according to the needs of the requesters;
• Collect all information relating to the use of vehicles, in order to prepare the recovery of costs on the various projects;
• Prepare invoices relating to the use of vehicles, for official / private reasons;
• Enter data into the system to generate statistics;
• Prepare monthly statistical reports on office vehicles;
• At the request of his supervisor, establish and maintain good links with suppliers; • Perform all other tasks at the request of the hierarchy.
Profile:
Qualifications required:
• Minimum BEPC + 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international organization or CEP
+ 5 years of experience in an international organization or a multinational;
• Hold a valid Category D driving licence;
• Previous experience working for WWF is desirable.
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel;
• Ability to speak French and English;
